How it works :
For every re-purchase and new booking we make through your reference, you will be offered a Special Referral Bonus (of 0.5% of basic cost of apartment/villa).
JRC Referral Program General Terms and Conditions:
- This is a privileged program which is applicable only for our existing customers (referrers) who refer new customers (referees).
- You can inform us referee’s details (Name, Phone No /Email ID) by email, on phone or in person.
- If the customer has already inquired or walked into our project prior to your reference the same cannot be termed as your referral.
- Referral bonus will be paid to you by mode of an A/c payee cheque in the name of the owner/owners only on receipt of 20% payment of the total value of the property from the buyer.
- In case if your referee cancels the apartment/villa that was referred, the reference payout will have to be refunded back to JRC projects.
- TDS as per Govt. norms will be applicable.
- JRC reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and to suspend, terminate or extend the program without prior notice at any time.
